1. Services

We provide in-home residential appliance repair services, including but not limited to refrigerators, freezers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and other major household appliances. All services are subject to technician availability, parts availability, and a pre-service diagnostic evaluation.

2. Service Requests and Appointments

  • Service requests may be made by phone, text, or through our website contact form.
  • Appointment time windows are estimates, not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate appliance information, safe access to the unit, and a responsible adult present during the service call.

3. Estimates, Diagnostic Fees, and Payment

  • A diagnostic/service call fee may apply and is disclosed prior to the visit.
  • Written or verbal estimates are provided before repairs begin. Estimates may be adjusted if additional issues are discovered during repair, with your prior authorization.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved forms of payment as stated at the time of service.
  • Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and suspension of future service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time window. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or refusal of future service.

5. Warranty

  • We provide a limited labor warranty on completed repairs. Parts installed by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is passed on to you.
  • The warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not cover new or unrelated failures, misuse, power surges, accidents, or damage caused by the customer or third parties.
  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period by phone or email. We reserve the right to inspect the appliance before honoring any claim.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, accessible, and reasonable work environment.
  • Disclose any prior repair attempts or modifications to the appliance.
  • Remove personal items and hazards near the appliance.
  • Follow all care and usage instructions provided by the manufacturer and our technicians after repair.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appliance Repair Los Angeles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of food, loss of use, or property damage unrelated to our technician’s direct negligence. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Parts Availability and Irreparable Appliances

Some appliances may be deemed not economically repairable, or replacement parts may be unavailable or discontinued. In such cases, we will notify you, and no repair will be performed. A diagnostic fee may still apply.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Appliance Repair Los Angeles or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

10. Website Use
