Samsung Refrigerator Error Code: OF OF, O FF or scrolling temperature bars

Error code meaning: Your refrigerator is in Demo mode

The refrigerator is in cooling off mode if it displays the symbols OF OF, O FF, or OFF, or if it displays scrolling temperature bars. Demo or store mode are other names for cooling mode.

The control panels located on the outside front of the fridge, on the left side, are the most popular way to switch this mode off.

• Find the top two buttons on the left side of the panel.
• Press and hold both of these buttons at the same time for around 10 seconds, or until you hear a chime.
• Watch the display for a short while to make sure it doesn’t go back into Cooling Off Mode. These steps might need to be repeated more than once if the error does not clear immediately.
